Our Work Ethics
We are a forward looking, medium sized firm - big enough to deal with a wide variety of legal issues, but not so big that the client will lose individual attention; and not so small as not to put in robust representation to the client no matter the odds and the opposition. At all times, we dedicate a lawyer to be responsible to the client under a close knit, but largely relaxed and seamless team, working with the client, understanding his needs and making sure that his work is done efficiently and effectively with a direct reporting relationship to the team lead who directly reports to the Partner in charge.
We are result-oriented and, in order to ensure this, the client’s work is carried out through partner-led teams with at least one partner at the center of every matter concerning the client. In this way, expertise that the matter and the client’s needs require is brought into the work.
Between the four (4) top members of this firm are over one hundred (100) years of legal experience garnered over a wide range of fields and functions.
International Affiliations
We strive to develop and maintain broad and strategic alliances with several law firms in a number of countries. This structure enables us to serve our clients in whatever jurisdiction they or their businesses may be located and because we envisage that with such alliances with top quality firms, the client would receive at all times quality, timely and efficient service.
Furthermore, because we find ourselves oftentimes involved in work needing professional input from other fields and industries, we have built and actively maintained strategic alliances with a network of firms in such professions as Accounting, Real Estate, Engineering, Architectural, Maritime, Investigative, Public Relations, Human Resources Management, Security, Health Management, Insurance, Hospitality, etc, which means that we are able to promptly obtain professional insights on a “need to” basis in better and more efficiently and effectively dealing with issues affecting our clients.
